Proposed reconstruction of St. Thomas's Hospital - at cost of £7,000,000.: Approval in principal has been given by the Ministry of Health - for the proposal to reconstruct St. Thomas's Hospital - one of the major teaching hospitals of London - at a cost of about £7,000,000. Additional land acquired extends the hospital are to about sixteen acres, with a riverside frontage of 1,700. Photo shows view of the model of the proposed reconstruction.
