First "Courant' Prefab built in Paris - The first prefabricated house built according to construction methods know as "courant system' (courant is the French Minister of Construction). The house containing three rooms and a kitchen costs approximately 2,000. It is located in the suburbs of Paris, at Kremlin-Bicetre and is first of the series. A number of such houses have already been built in Le Havre. April 25/53
