Army Solves Abbey's Tourist 'Jam'; Sappers of 24 Field Sqn, Royal Engineers, Chatham, Kent, fresh from a bridge-building task in Ethiopia, went into action yesterday-in Westminster Abbey. They were erecting a glass-reinforced plastics, aluminum and alloy and steel bridge to join St. Edwards Chapel, which contains the shrine of St. Edward the Confessor, to the entrance of the henry VII Chapel. The innovation will ease 'tourist congestion',The bridge, to be opened this evening, was presented by the Institution of Civil Engineers.
