Press Visit To Signals Research And Development Establishment: There was a Press visit to the Ministry of Technology's Signals Research & Development Establishment at Christ Church, Hants, which is currently engaged in measuring with high precision the communications performance of the spacecraft for the Skynet communication system. The equipment and techniques evolved for this work are unmatched in Europe and say well be unique.
