Gelignite found in car at Scotland yard: A bomb containing about 150 lb of gelignite was found in car opposite Scotland Yard today. The car, which had false number plates, was parked in Broadway outside the Post Office. The bomb was defused and the road blocked. Photo shows a police constable stands guard over the sacks of gelignite found inside the car while Scotland Yard men continue to search the car seen in the background outside Scotland Yard today.
