1961 Press Photo Hygrometer, Wind Direction, Temperature, Tower

The west side of the tower carries the hygrometer, the south side show direction and strength of winds, and on the north side of the tower there is the barometer and the ~~~~~~ which shows th degrees of the temperature (the barometer is three stories high).
