Anti-Government Demonstration In Athens Police Manhandle Rioters: There were serious anti-Government demonstrations in the streets of the Athens recently - when 3,000 workers congregated and attacked the police who tried to disperse them. The crowd grow to 10,000 string and battled with police reinforcements using armored cars and tear goes. Among the injured of over 100 were two police - seriously hurt. Many private cars were overturned and set on fire before Order was resorted. Photo Shows An injured demostrator is carried off - during the riots in the streets ofg AThens. More than a hundred people were injured.
