Sharpshooter-training to counter terrorism and force: The Munich bloodbath during the Olympic Games 1972 caused to a scheme for setting up a sharp-shooter-training for special policemen. At present 20 sharpshooters from the Bonn Police force (see picture) are on a 8 week intensive course which will give them proficiency with both service revolvers and rifles by the end. The recent tragedic in Munich have shown that more than good marksmanship is needed. A well planned and concerted action must be made at the critical moment, so that the opponents have no time to retaliate.
