Trooping the colour ceremony: The trooping the colour ceremony took place to toda to Mark the official birthday of H.M. the Queen on Horse Guards parade. The colour trooped was that of 1st Battalion Scout guards. Photo shows the vast crowd outside Buckingham Palace gathered to see the Queen on the balcony after todays ceremony.
