Princess Margaret today laid the foundation stone of the new st johns church at new-bury, Berkshire, which will replace the one destroyed by bomba in 1943. st. John's was the only church in the diocese of Oxford to be completely destroyed in the war. photo shows Princess Margaret accompanied by the mayor of new bury arrives for the ceremony.
