June 16th 1979 Trooping the Colour Ceremony - The Trooping the Colour Ceremony took place today to mark the Official birthday of H.M. The Queen on Horse Guards Parade. The colour trooped was that of the 2nd Battalion Scots Guards. Photo Shows: Seen on the balcony L-R Queen Mother, the Queen, Prince Philip, The Earl of Ulste being held up by his father the Duke of Gloucester, Prince Charles and Princess Margaret.
