Lord Frederick's Royal Debut.; The three month old Lord Frederick Windsor, 16th in line to the Throne, will ~ake his royal debut tomorrow for his christening at the Chapel Royal in St. James palace. His is the son of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent. He will be christened Michael Frederick Michael George David Louis. The picture was taken by his uncle Lord Snowdon.'
