Army Intervenes when Argentine police go on strike.: The police of La Plata, capital of the province of Buenos Aires, recently held a strike and occupied their head office of La Plata. The police consider that they cannot live on their salaries and refused to continue with their duties. The Argentine armed military forces were obliged to intervene police surrendered. The police occupied the police headquarters withe member of the women's police. Photo shows Police members, in civvies, as well as women police, pictured when they surrendered to the armed forces.
