PC's were ''right to kill'': Two special duty policemen told at an inquest yesterday of the split-second decision to shoot two Pakistani ''toy gun'' raiders at India House, London, last month. They had fired because they were convinced that the two men were about to kill hostages they had taken. It turned out that the two had imitation guns. The two policemen, Pc Stanley Conley and Pc George Burrow were praised for their courage. The inquest jurt returned a verdict of justifiable homicide. Photo shows Pc Stanley Conley (left) and Pc George Burrows, who described yesterday how they shot dead two Pakistani youths at India House last month.
