Precautions at Bow street court.: Security precautions were taken today at Bow street court, when seven men and three women appeared again today, charged that ''on divers days on and before March 8 this year, within the jurisdiction of the Central Criminal Court, they unlawfully an maliciously conspired together and with other persons, to cause by explosive substance, explosions in the United Kingdom of a nature likely to endanger life or to cause serious injury to property contrary to section 3a of the Explosive substance act, 1883. They were further remanded for a week. Photo shows members of the public look on as a Black Maria leaves the court today.
