IF ROADS WON'T COME TO US.... As one of the leading members of the Roads Campaign Council, the Royal Automobile Club has long been a leader in the drive to get better roads faster for Britain. Tonight (7.3.67), the All-Party Roads Study Group of the House of Commons has invited Mr. A.E. Matthews, town planner and architect, to explain his private £1,000 million project to build tunnel motorways under London. Seen here are men of the R.A.C. carrying into the House of Commons a model made by the B.B.C. of the Matthews Plan which will be shown to Members of Parliament.
