21-3-55 Troops fight the enemy - fire: Troops were sent from Aldershot yesterday to prevent a gorse fire at Hartley Bridge, Hants, from spreading to Blackbushe airport and the nearby houses. Eighty firemen helped the troops to fight the blaze. Photo Shows: The flames suddenly change direction and the soldiers fighting the blaze have to hack their way from its path.
