Annual Royal Engineers Demonstration: For the first time the annual Royal Engineers Demonstration was held this year at the School of Military Engineering, Chatham. A number of pieces of equipment such as the Heavy and Light Assault Floating Bridges were on view for the very first time. Photo shows An Assault Floating Bridge, Heavy Version, that has been pr-assembled, in towed to a place for launching.
