Annual Royal Engineers Demonstrations: For the first time the Annual Royal Engineers Demonstration was held this year at the School of Military Engineering, Ghatham. A number of pieces of equipment such as the Heavy and Light Assault Floating Bridges were on view for the very first time. Photo shows An Assault Floating Bridge were on view for the very first time. Photo shows An Assault Floating Bridge, Heavy Version, is seen as it is launched in preparation for an assault crossing.
