Rain Spoils Palace Garden Party.
London: Umbrellas of all shapes and sizes go up in the grounds of Buckingham Palace as guests at the second garden party of the summer make for shelter. Rain Marred this social afternoon. King Feisal of Iraq headed the guest list of 8,500 overseas visitors. The Royal Party included the Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, Princess Margaret and the Queen Mother.
