United Kingdom. Ford faces Shutdown.: The first of the many mass meeting of ford workers called to consider the five percent wage offer by the management took place this morning at Daganham. Men from the body plant held a mass meeting in the canteen, they voted overwhelmingly to strike. Photo shows car workers seen leaving the ford factory at Dahenham this morning.
