Slogans In Gibraltar. Mr. George Brown, the Foreign Secretary said in the Commons that Gibraltar was British by right, and was cheered by MP's on both sides of the House. He said that neither the new Spanish frontier restrictions nor the "mob attacks" on our consulates could affect the fact that Gibraltar was British.
