British official photograph (Admiralty) Issued by the central office of information , London, crown copyright reserved. Underwater T/V equipment flown from the U.K. to Mata is to be used by the Royal Navy in the identification of wreckage of the comet aircraft on the sea bed off Elba. These pictures show the erection of the equipment in the royal fleet auxiliary Sea Salvor at Malta. The camera, by pyre, enclosed in a casing devised byte here royal naval scientific service and made by ides of Kingston, is capable use at 1,000 ft. Weighing 70wt. it is lighter than the equipment used in H.M.S. Reclaim for identifying the sunken submarine H.M.S. affray, Mr. G.G. Nacniece of the admiralty research laboratory flew to Malta to supervise the installation, he is a Belfast man, electrician's mate J . Revie, an assistant experimental officer from the admiral y research laboratory ,now doing his national service ,was also flown the U.K. to help. He lives at cove, Dumbartonshire. photo shows Mr. G.G. MacNiece and ordinary seaman revive explaining the television equipment to captain McMullen., R.N. of H.M.S. Fierce, 2nd. M/S squadron Mediterranean fleet and commander forseberg, R.N.
