Scotland yard's Drive to cut London's road toll : Special safer squads will patrol London's "black spots" every day at pack traffic hours for the next few months. They will take to their black spot portable police signs bearing such exhortations as "Drive Carefully". "Reduce accidents and "Courtesy everybody, please".
