âœSt. Paulâsâ protest meeting. Father Williamson speaks â A protest meeting was organized for this afternoon on the steps of St. Paulâs Cathedral by Mr. J.K. Figg, a 39 year old City sales manager who lives in Wandsworth to protest against the siting of a 90 ft. building which will obscure from Ludgate Hill, a large part of the West Front of the Cathedral. Sir Keith Joseph, the Housing Minister was invited to attend the meeting but did not turn up.
