A Woman is carried Off.: A Non-Violent anti-Nuclear Weapons demonstration was held this morning against the Atomic Weapons Research Establishment, at Foulness Island, near Southern, Essex. Organised under the name of "Operation Foulness" - the demonstrators lay down in the road and had to be removed by police. Photo shows Two policewomen carrying off one of the demonstrators on the approaches to Foulness Islands this morning.
