1957 Press Photo German Navy"Hecht" Sub In Kiel Salvaged From Baltic Sea In '56

Second sub-marine for the German navy.: The German Navy received on Oct 1, 1957 the second sub-marine "Hecht" (Pike) in Kiel. It is - just as the first sub-marine "Hei" (shark) one of the former sub-marines of the former German navy and was salvaged in 1956 from the Baltic sea. Both sub-marines will be stationed in Kiel and will belong to the ship-testing commande. Photo shows the sub-marine "Hecht" (pikel).
