Dr. Kissinger flies in for breakfast talks before continuing his tour of seven African Capitals: Dr Kissinger, the U.S. Secretary of State, after a brief stop in London this weekend, met Mr Anthony Crosland, Britain's new Foreign Secretary, for talks over a "working breakfast" at an RAF Officers Mess at RAF Waddington, Lincolnshire, Within two hours Dr. Kissinger was airbourne again flying off to a Nairobi for the start of a two-week tour of seven African capitals aimed at averting a full scale war in Rhodesia.
