In 1925, Herr Nikolams Radlein, suffered serious injuries when a restive horse threw him off the back. Since that time he is completely paralyzed, and can move his arms and his head only. In 1933, he acquired a car which was made according to his own design. Lying on the ground, he is able to steer the steering - wheel which is similar to that of a plane. Herr Randlein has driven his car more than 200,000 kilometers and this is quite a success. For the car has only 6 H.P. and the maximum speed is 50 kilometers per hour. The Public Health Authorities wanted to transfer Herr Radlein in cripple asylum.
