Soviet Leaders Arrive In Czecho-Slovakia. Khruschev And Bulganin At Cerna: The Soviet leaders Mr. Khruschev and Marshal Bulganin - arrived at Cerna, Czechoslovakia yesterday - for start of their official visit. They received a great welcome from the Czech Communist leaders. Mr. Khruschev told the crowd that welcomed him how he had "rounded up the Kremlin's Black Sheep". He said that Molotov and Company "thought they would take power - but we took the black sheep by their tails and threw them out". Photo shows The party on arrival at Cerna, Czecho-slovakia yesterday. In foreground left - A.Barak - behind him, to the right R.Strechaj, foreground A.Novotny. Secretary of the Czech Communist Party; Mr. Khruschev (saluting); and Marshal Bulganin. Between Khruschev and Bulganin is O.L. Ivaschenko - and behind Mr. Kruschev is General Serov the Soviet State Security Chief.
