Committee On Disarmament Continues Debate On Major Disarmament Issues: The Committee on Disarmament this morning continued its general debate on major disarmament issues. Statements were made by the representatives of the United States, Bulgaria, Indonesia, India and Nigeria. The 1982 session of the Committee has been in progress since the 3rd of February. Eugene V. Rostow (right), Director, United States Arms Control and Disarmament Agency, making a statement at the meeting. Also see are, left to right, V.I.
