Security Council Convenes On Requests From Turkey And Cyprus: The Security Council met tonight on requests from Turkey and Cyprus to consider the situation in Cyprus. Statements were made by the representatives of Turkey, Cyprus, Greece, the USSR and France. Mr. Zenon Rossides (centre) as he addressed the Security Council tonight and presented the complaint of Cyprus against Turkey.
