Collecta Pinta Milka Day.... The scene outside a depot in Sheldon, Birmingham, when housewives, many with prams, queued for their morning milk today. This is the second day of an unofficial lightning strike by Birmingham Co-operative Society milk roundsmen, which has hit 200,000 home. 600-milkmen are staging the strike over a bonus dispute. Milk vans are standing idle only a fifth of the customers received normal deliveries, hospitals and old people's homes among them.
