And here is the man who will have his finger on the prints: Chief Superintendent John Godsell, who, it was announced yesterday, is to become fingerprint officer attached to the research and planning branch of the Home Office. behind him in Scotland Yard's fingerprint room, is Commander Ernest Millen, head of the C.I.D. at Scotland Yard.
