P.L.A. Launch Equipped As Royal Barge. The Port of London Authority's motor launch "Nore", has been equipped as a Royal Barge for the use of H.M. The Queen for transport on the river. the launch, showing the adaptations, was on view at Westminster Pier. The first occasion on which the launch will be used by Her Majesty is on 12th.
