The "Beard-King"... was elected at the annual ball for the men of the Alpine dairies held last week-end in Immenstadt in the Allgau Mountains During the summer months which they spent on some secluded dairy on the mountains, the men sometimes let themselves grow a beard as afterwards they want to become "Beard-King". Picture shows the beard-king of this year, Schreiber (SCHREIBER) - left - of Immenstadt and the two winners of the second and third prize.
