1965 Press Photo Allgau Balloon-Sports-Week Oberstorf: Girls Wait For Takeoff

Allgau-Sports-Week Oberstorf: On 22nd January 1784 the first balloon in Germany ascended from the yard of the Allgau-monastery in Ottobeuren. Since then the big "balls" are often to be seen. The "Freiballonverein Augsburg e.V." founded a Balloon-Sports-Week which this year took place in Oberstorf. Seven balloons started.
