Troops arrive from Tidworth. Stand-by in Petrol Transport Strike.: Military drivers from all over the country have been ordered to London - to take over as soon as the order is given - to assure the delivery of petrol- owing to this strike of tanker drivers. The troops will take over driving the tankers as soon as the Government give the Order. Photo shows Men of the 10th. Hussars and the Royal Sussex Regiments - seen when they arrived at Waterloo from Tidworth this afternoon.
