Experts Go Mountaineering - to preserve the rapidly vanishing Golden Eagle. The Golden Eagle - which is rapidly becoming an extremely rare bird - in spite of being protected by law practically everywhere - is still to be found in the mountain regions of Switzerland. Recently exerts went mountaineering up the face of the 2,000 m. peaks of Mount Pilatus for the purpose of "ringing" young birds in their native aerie's risking their lives in an effort to preserve the noble creatures. Photo Shows: A young eagle is about to be "ringed" - by one of the experts - 2,000 M. up the face of Mount Pilatus - Switzerland.
