Press Photo Bird mother feeds her chick

"special flights".... must surely be made by this bird-mother in order to satisfy her " little one" which has outgrown her for a long time. But inspite all her efforts it never seems to get enough. No wonder, the little bird finally has hatched out a cuckoo's egg that was smuggled into the nest of an upright robin and as an unsel-fish foster-mother she is now taking care of the "foundling".
