Sammy the seagull sings for living.: Sammy is a grateful seagull to Mrs Violet Thorner, who rescued him from destruction, when it was considered impossible to save him. Sammy was found with a broken wing, and the veterinary surgeon pronounced him incurable, but Mrs. Thorner begged to take him into her care, as she had done with other incurables. Now Sammy is alive and well, and can't stop singing for joy he will break into song at the least encouragement, and is especially tuneful when accompanied by the piano, particularly when played by his beloved mistress Mrs. Thorner. Sammy is such a friendly, amiable bird that he has made quite a name for himself as an actor and T. V. star if you need a friendly singing seagull then Sammy's the one. So far he has appeared in 4 plays, in this unique role! He lives in a modest villa in East London, with Mrs. Violet Thorner. Now then Sammy, a little control please no wild undisciplined squawks.
