Long Delays At The Berlin Autobahn: Some of the trucks under way from Berlin to West Germany had to wait 14 hours before they were permitted by East German border police. Drivers who have waited since yesterday evening, at the Berlin border, were given a breakfast tea by the Red Cross. At noon, the West Berlin police handed out a free lunch.
