Australian Conscientious Objector Wins Exemption Army Service: Australian conscientious objector, 21-year old ex-schoolteacher, William White, and his fiancee, Miss Claire Searle, are pictured being congratulated today, after White had won exemption from Army Service, in a Sydney Court today. White recently completed three weeks' detention at Holsworthy, where he was sent for disobeying orders.
