Oil found in the Tara Flats in Queensland: Oil has been found in the mud flats south of Tara, near the Moonie river, in Australia. Union Oil is drilling the area to guague whether the potential in sufficient to make the building of a pipeline worthwhile. Photo shows wading across the flooded Moonie to get tow work is just part of the day's work for the 30 Americans, Canadians, Australians, New Zealanders and Italians who man the Moonie rig.
