Angry car workers go to Brighton â More than 1,000 angry car workers, mainly from the Midlands, arrived at Brighton today, where the Labour Party Conference opened. The man, many of whom had travelled to Brighton in a special train chartered for £650, marched from the station carrying banners protesting about the Government squeeze of wages.
