1969 Press Photo Horatio Nelson Column Tokyo-"British Week" Exhibit At Budokan

Nelson Column in Tokyo; Britain's naval hero Admiral Horatio Nelson, standing on a column of pink marble, is the center piece of the "British week" Exhibition which Princess Margaret will open tomorrow at the Budokan (Hall of Marshal Arts) in Tokyo. The replica of the famous column in Trafalgar Square, London had to be reduced in size to 50 feet. Photo Shows Admiral Lord Nelson looks down on the Japanese scene in Tokyo from his marble column.
