Canadian Government assumes emergency powers: The Canadian Government last Friday assumed emergency powers, outlawed the extremist Quebee Liberation Front FLQ and ordered the arrest of more tham 200 FLQ members and sympathizers. Photo shows recent picture of Robert Bourassa the Prime Minister of the Province of Quebee.
