Hungarian Prime Minister Dismissed: The dismissal of Imre Nagy ans Prime Minister of Hungary was announced over the Budapest radio recently - six weeks after he had been publicly denounced as an "anti-Marxist, Right Wing deviationist". He is succeeded by Andras Hegedues. The decision to remove Nagy was reached at a meeting of the Central Committee of the workers ' Party - the meeting which also dismissed Mihaly Farkas as Defence Minister - assigning him to "other party work".
