Vassall Inquiry Journalists Called To Give Evidence: The Radcliffe Tribunal began its second public hearing today. The morning's proceedings were marked by the evidence given by a number of journalists from the London press. The Tribunal has been set up by the government to investigate the circumstances by which the convicted spy, William Vassall was able to pass secret information to foreign sources. At yesterday's hearing a reporter from the "Daily Sketch" refused to disclose where he got information from on which he based one of his stories concerning the Vassall affair. He was given until today to reconsider his deci~~~. Photo shows Mr. Desmond Clough, Defence correspondent of the "Daily Sketch" arrives to give evidence today.
