The Cuban Minister of Foreign Relations, Paul Roa, upon his arrival in Lima to participate in the conference of the "Group of the Seventy Seven", to which Cuba was invited this year. The Peruvian Foreign Minister, General Edgardo Mercado Jerrin, Came to welcome Minster Roa.
